Payment — Cash payment should be placed in at least one piece of folded
paper, the paper should be taped at each end so the cash won't slip out
of the folded paper, and the folded paper should be placed in a "security"
envelope or heavy duty envelope. Make sure the cash isn't visible
through the envelope. Mail cash contributions to the mailing address
shown in the Contact Information.

Payments — For PayPal payments, use the email address at the contact
information.

I've never found a reliable free visit counter.
Every one that I've tried to use has failed at one time or another.
Thus, I've had to do the best that I could do to try to determine the number
of visitors for each year. At the very best, the numbers shown below
are estimates.
